Dersin Amacı:

In this graduate course, students will acquire anthropological perspectives to demonstrate an understanding of the interactions between society, and science and technology. It aims to discuss the connections among science, culture and power through an analysis of knowledge-making processes in contemporary societies.

Dersin İçeriği:

The first part of course will concentrate on the theories of science and technology studies, while the second half will examine the case studies from the areas of health, security, and technology.
