Dersin Amacı: 
Investigating ethical standards and topics, enhancing decision making skills and sensitivities of individuals when confronted with ethical dilemmas, increasing awareness in ethical dilemmas in professional and personal life.
Dersin İçeriği: 

Based on the theoretical foundations of ethics, the course studies issues of applied ethics arising in the fields of health care, dental care, nursing, psychology, nutrition and dietetics, as well as gastronomy. The relations of action, value and attitude among persons, institutions, organizations and stakeholders are discussed in terms of relevant legislation and moral and professional codes with special emphasis on illustrative cases.
