Course Objectives:
This course aims to develop a professional and an ethical approach to the field of translation and interpreting as an occupation. Code of conduct, occupational organizations, regulatory framewoks and international institutions, related civil society and working conditions are aimed to be given.
Course Content:
Translation and interpreting as a professional, occupational field will be compared and contrasted in relation with market conditions and legal frameworks.
