Course Objectives: 
In the 20th century to have information about the political and cultural developments in the Turkish world. To understand the impact of changes in the global development of the Turkish world.
Course Content: 

Tsarist Russia and then the Soviet movements of national struggle with the collapse of the Russian and Turkish political history and culture of Turkish communities in post-Soviet.
