Zeynep Ceren Topaç of our Translation and Interpreting Department came third in the Young Translators Competition organized by the Ministry of EU Affairs. The event was held on 18 February 2017 in Istanbul, where 88 translators competed in English language, 21 in German and 14 in French categories, bringing the total number of contestants to 123 students from 35 universities offering translation training. We would like to take this opportunity to extend our congratulations to our student.
