Course Objectives: 
The aim of this course is to review some of the sociological aspects of the new international migration movements, with their continuing effects on Turkey and the region
Course Content: 

Concepts of the study of the regularities of human migration. analysis of factors associated with the migration accross borders. Data collection and sources of international migration and methods of analysis used in international migration Types of migration, issues of development, integration to receiving societies, questions of return migration
