Course Objectives: 
Mastering important concepts regarding family development and parenting; gaining an understanding of the psychological impact of parenting on development; strengthening skills in critical thinking and writing about psychological research.
Course Content: 

Analyzes the family from a psychological perspective. Examines individual and interpersonal processes within the family including early marriage, parenthood, sexual functioning, maladjustment and divorce.
