Course Objectives: 
In this course which aim political, social and economic developments from the agreement of Küçük Kaynarca to World War I.
Course Content: 

Europea, decline period, The French Revolution and independence movements. In additon, diplomatic relationships between Ottoman and Europea, causes and conclusions of Balance policies, concepts of Ottoman state structure, Ottoman diplomacy and conclusions of agreements, Ottoman-Europea diplomacy, internal and external dynamic in 18 and 19 centuries.
