Course Objectives: 
This course will cover the evolution of Ottoman diplomacy starting from the unilateral (ad-hoc) period to the establishment of permanent diplomatic institutions in late 18th century.
Course Content: 

Emphasis will be on the principles and practices of Ottoman diplomacy throughout history.

Course Methodology:
