Course Objectives: 
This course provides students the necessary information about basic concepts, theories and research methods in the fields of Organizational and Industrial Psychology.
Course Content: 

Examines the process of psychological factors in organizations and the effect they have on industry and other institutions. Focuses on effective use of the individual in organizations.
