The IAU 2023 International Conference was held between November 25 and 27 at Qatar University in Doha. In this conference addressing the theme “Higher Education with Impact: The Importance of Intercultural Learning and Communication,” our Dean, Prof. Dr. Berrin Yanıkkaya, presented her speech entitled “Interconnectedness and Intercultural Competencies in Teaching and Learning”, and together with our Rector, Prof. Dr. Canan Aykut Bingöl and our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. F. Yeşim Ekinci, they shared the good practices we implemented at our University with international academics.
