Yeditepe University Simultaneous Interpreting Lab (GSF 417)
The following courses are taught at Yeditepe University Simultaneous Interpreting Lab: Introduction to Interpreting, Bilateral Interpreting, Consecutive Interpreting, Simultaneous Interpreting, Legal Interpreting and Community Interpreting. The lab is equipped with the latest technology and has been designed for training in various types of interpreting. It’s fitted with a digital conference system (1 delegate), digital simultaneous interpreting system with a capacity of 40 listeners (3+1 languages, 4 interpreting booths for 8 students) sound distribution material, sound system and wireless audio units, video TV System, a computer and barco vision.
