Our Faculty Becomes an Affiliate Institution of Harvard University’s Institute for World Literature (IWL)

Our Faculty has officially become an Affiliate Institution of Harvard University’s Institute for World Literature (IWL), one of the premier global centers for comparative literature and world literary studies!

The affiliation process and faculty coordination were led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Burcu Alkan from our Department of English Language and Literature.

Founded under the leadership of Prof. David Damrosch, this prestigious institutional partnership will offer our graduate students and researchers privileged access to international academic networks, intensive theory-driven summer programs, and global research groups. We extend our gratitude to Assist. Prof. Dr. Burcu Alkan for her contributions to coordinating this process, and we wish continued academic success to our entire faculty and student body.
